The Esslinger Building, San Juan Capistrano, CA

The Esslinger Building was built in 1939 for Dr. Esslinger's medical offices.  It was designed by architect Alexander Law of Los Angeles.  It was the first medical facility in San Juan Capistrano.
I love the Streamline Moderne architectural style.  I was completely enamored by this building.  I circled the building shooting it from every angle, and then did it again the next day, when the light was better and there weren't cars parked in front of it.  The white stucco and palm trees take me right back to living in Miami and seeing all the Art Deco and Streamline buildings.

NYC X G10

The only cameras I took to New York were a 35 year old Olympus OM1, and a Canon G10.  Sam told me I brought the only camera I need-- and an OM1.  That was coming from a guy that shoots 95% film.  Kind of funny.  Here are some G10 shots.  Film shots maybe tomorrow.

Film Por Vida: PEP Show X NYC

Sam and I were part of the Film Por Vida Print Exchange Program show in New York City.  We went out to the opening and had a great time.

MAKR X GOLDCOAST

I recently purchased a hand finished deck from Makr Carry Goods.  This is a really nice piece of  wood.  Makr is doing some really great stuff.  I set it up with a nice new set of Independent trucks and some rad GoldCoast wheels.  Can't wait to ride it.  (Check out those leather risers!)
